The Summit Manor Banquet Facility and Conference Center

is located in Northern Baltimore County in a lovely country setting

 just 8 minutes from Hunt Valley and only 1 mile from I-83 exit 27. 

 

The facility has 2 floors, each with the capacity to comfortably seat 200+ guests.

The Gunpowder Room for formal affairs is located on the main floor and has a covered porch, attractive lobby and a large banquet room with gold chandeliers, sconces, and hardwood floor. All tables and upscale comfortable padded chairs are included.

The Hereford Room, an attractive room located on the second floor has recessed lighting, state-of-the-art video projection system, wireless handheld and lapel microphones, lighted decorative trees and more.

 

The Summit Manor is the perfect venue for

Wedding Ceremony and Reception, Business Meeting, Class Reunion,

Bridal or Baby Shower, Birthday, Christmas and Family Parties,

Roasts and more.

Catering Options

Use our onsite caterer (Hunt Valley Catering) or

use your own caterer.  You may also choose one from our preferred catering list.

You can also prepare and warm your own food in our warming kitchens.

The facility is a smoke-free environment.

We do have a smokers’ balcony off of the Hereford Room.

​

The entire facility is ADA compliant

with handicapped restrooms, access ramp, elevator and water fountain.

 

We have an AED defibrillator onsite in case of an emergency.

Adequate lighted off-street parking is available for your guests.
